New service

A new service is the process of requesting a contract at no cost to use the electric service. To request this service, the client must provide:

1. Applicant's first and last name.
2. Identification card number.
3. Address of the property in detail:
   
   • Street or number, if it does not have a detailed number, detail whether the sidewalk is even or odd numbered.
   • Name of the between streets.
   • Low or high floor.
   • In rural areas, the name or number of the road and the number of the kilometer or name of the farm where the property is located will be reported.
   • Telephone.
   • Number of people in the family nucleus.
4. Presentation of the suitable document that proves that the applicant is in a legal position of the property, any of the following documents is accepted:
   
   • Title of home ownership.
   • Free permanent usufruto certificate.
   • Habitable certificate issued by the corresponding housing address.
   • Building license for new homes with built tempotral facilities, excluding the breakdowns to existing homes.
   • Exchange resolution.
   • Contract with the body that owns the property granted the usufruto to the service applicant.
   • Authorization for the construction or occupation of a house issued by the competent body in that area: ANAP, People's Power, cooperative or hydropower.
5. Require that the liquidation of the place of origin be presented in the case of being transferred.
6. Magnitude of the load to be contracted, detailing the number and capacity of lights and other electrical equipment to be used, as well as their operating voltage.

Varied of place.

The varied place is the change of position of the electric energy meter in the same building. To request this service, the interested party will appear at the commercial office of the corresponding town with the last receipt of the month paid, for which the company will inspect the place to determine the possibility of carrying out the work. If this is executable, the client will be informed that he must appear at the office to pay for it by applying rate A-182-83 of the State Committee for Ascending Prices at 6.00 pesos.

Name changes

To request this service, the interested party will appear at the commercial office of the corresponding locality with the ownership of the house and the last payment receipt.

Capacity increase

It is a service that the client requests to increase the voltage in their property based on their own needs at no cost. For the request for this service, the interested party will appear at the commercial office of the corresponding town with the last receipt of the month paid and a request for the service, having the electric company up to 30 business days after the request for the service for the execution of the same.
