Requirements for request to make passports or renewal for loss, deterioration, expiration or depletion of its pages.

• Identification document.
• Notarized deed of consent of both parents or legal guardian, for minors under 18 years or mentally incapacitated.
• Stamps of the stamp for the value of 100.00 CUC.

Passport update (only for under 18 years old)

• Identification document.
• Notarized deed of consent of both parents or legal representative.

Passport extension

• Identification document.
• Notarized deed of consent gives both parents or legal representative for those under 18 or mentally disabled.
• Stamps of the stamp for the value of 20.00 CUC.

Certification of entries and exits from Cuba

• Identification data of the person object of the request.
• Stamp stamps for the value of 15.00 CUP.

Certification of the registration of foreigners

• Identification data of the person object of the request.
• Stamp stamps for the value of 20.00 CUP, to collect certification.

Certification of service time provided by the Ministry of the Interior

• Identification data of the person object of the request.
