The gross income for this year notified to the municipality amounts to 64,650.2 MP, the repayment plan amounts to 20,2 MP, the net income is planned for 64,630.0 MP and the current expenses reach for the budget activity 34304.8 MP and 11 145.3 MP for the non budgetary activity.

Taking into account the balance of income and expenses, a surplus of 19 179.9 MP is planned, with the budget of the year being sustained by greater efficiency in the stages of notification, disaggregation and monthly programming of income and expenses, and the execution and settlement of the State Budget.

It is necessary to achieve a better coherence between the processes that govern the Budget in the fiscal year, to consider the collection impacts that have been applying a group of taxes, to cover current income, except those related to the budgetary financing of exports and substitution of imports, which are expenses with productive support. It is necessary to ensure that the capture of income supports part of the expenses of the Budget, in compliance with the principle of redistribution of wealth, for the maintenance of social conquests and the economic development of the country, as well as the implementation of the approved policies. Support expenditures and capital transfers, where appropriate, of the budgeted activity and of key sectors for the economic development of the country, in accordance with what is approved in the Economic Plan. That the heads of the organs and agencies related to the State Budget define the priorities in the financing of expenses, adjusting to the Budget that was notified to them.

The 34 304.8 MP approved for current expenses of the budgeted activity are broken down as follows:

• Education 13 841.9 MP.
• Health 11 327.2 MP.
• Culture 1 732.5 MP.
• Sport 2 753.7 MP.
• Internal Unit 3 227.2 MP.
• Work 1 422.3 MP.

The 11 145.3 MP of the current expenses of the non budgeted activity are destined to:

• Communal Services subversion 2 288.8 MP.
• Basic Trade Basket subsidy 8 383.5 MP.
• Food Company subsidy 471.0 MP.
• Compensation Box 2.0 MP.

The income to be captured by the State Budget was reasonably planned and taking into account the existing reserves both in the business sector and in non-state forms of management, and its main destination is social programs. These reported figures represent the municipality's minimum commitments to support economic and social development. While expenses are notified as a maximum limit.

The municipality plans to collect for Territorial Contribution that is not included in the balance of the budget 2 571.7 MP, to support current and capital expenses for development projects and additional needs, according to the priorities of the territories.
