We promote, guide and control the protection, enrichment and defense of our cultural heritage and the knowledge of the roots of our identity, literary artistic creation, in order to promote the participation of our people and their access to the best of Cuban and universal art, through a broad socio-cultural movement, driven by cultural institutions through programming that meets the needs of the municipality.
We focus on achieving the strengthening of the work of our cultural institutions and the level of integration with agencies and organizations in the process of implementing the cultural policy outlined, allowing progress in the preservation and enrichment of cultural heritage with the improvement of programming that facilitates a broad concept of recreation and the increase in cultural services that promote the active and conscious participation of the population in the cultural life of the municipality, which increases with the third graduation of art instructors.
