National administrative procedures
With the entry into force of Resolution No. 212/2004, of the Ministry of Justice, the Organization has been assuming, with auxiliary personnel, prepared and empowered to do so, obtaining all the documents that the population requires for personal procedures or for be contributed in a process that ventilates with our lawyers. This service is provided in the Collective Law Firms themselves, throughout the national territory, even when its processing is necessary outside the locality where it is located.
The Procedures Manager, the name by which the personnel in charge of this activity is known, can manage: Certifications (literal or not) of Birth, Death, Marriage, Singleness, Faith of Life or others, before the Civil Status Registry; Certifications before Provincial Registries (Identity Card, Immigration and Vehicles, among others) and Central Registries (Acts of Last Will and Declarations of Heirs). Likewise, procedures are carried out before Housing System Organizations, the Tax Office, the Ministry of Agriculture -in the cases of Land Tenure Registry, livestock and tractors-, and other instances of the Ministry of the Interior and any central body, provided that it takes effect in the national territory.
